Sorry for delayed to write you mail. I spent some memorable time with my family first time. I was with her in hospital. In Nepal, husband or any male person is not permitted being with his wife in delivery time. Fortunately, some nurses gave me permission, but I could not see and bear that painful moment. It seemed that was the second death and after giving birth, she was received new life. She forgot all pains immediately. Thanks God who helped her and changed that painful moment into joyful time.
Doctor gave the time of Feb7th. She was in normal condition. On 24th Jan. at early morning around 4.00 am, I had to go to give water in new building. Actually, I couldnot give water in roof and wall from 2 days. Day time was no electricity and electricity came from midnight to until 6:00am. She also wanted to go with me. When we reached there and water pump couldnot work. So we asked water from our neighbour.
When we tried to join water pipe, she fell down from 2-3 steps from the stairs. No words came from her mouth. She was sweating even minus degree temperature was there. I had no way except handover that situation into the hands of God. I prayed. Some moments later, some words came from her mouth. I called ambulance and went to hospital. Doctor took the video xray and told me that 5 stitches already opened when she was fallen down and baby's head was in mouth of her womb. Doctor referred operation but they were waiting if there seem any abnormal situation. They told me that there was no empty place for her. So they advised me to take her in other hospital that is private hospital where charges is so expensive. I prayed second time, God! we have some money left which is for making your house. That is your money, we can use for your glory only. God how can I shift her there. 30 minutes later, Menuka called me again to go to private maternity home. "I cant bear no more. Here is no place." Then I prepared my mind, but nurse called me that they are going to shift her in delivery room. So they asked help to take her luggage. Thanks God! They also gave me permission to stay with her. Around 6:00 she gave birth a healthy daughter two weeks earlier. I made deadly mistake that time, I must not took her with me so early morning where there was no light and very unsafe place. Anyway, God lifted her up in his hands.
Mother and Eldest sister was their journey to India. My eldest sister was invited to participate wedding ceremony by her close relatives. Journey was long and tedious so she took mother with her. I had not such experience how could I manage and prepare for delivery the baby. My every work was messed up. I almost lost my memories and any senses also. Mother and sister also returned from their journey last Saturday. Now mother has been helping to make food and caring baby also.
Our building work is almost stopped situation. There was not electricity line. Government don't distribute electricity line. We pulled wire from 200 meter distances. That house cut off our connection of electricity without any information. They refused to give electricity. There are other houses also but the voltage is not enough to start water pump. Because water pump is put around 100 ft. deep. Therefore all maintenance work is stopped from two weeks. We made a committee and applied for extension of electricity line. It seems that it will take so long time. Mom, please pray for this problem. Third floor is completed. for completing inside and outside work of whole house, it will take around one month. I will send all construction photos as soon as possible. Three new believers came to Christ and receive baptism. Please pray for that we may reach all houses of that area where our church is located. We have been asking all people as His blessing and inheritance.
We already shifted our church there, but we worshipped outside. Because floor is so wet and inside is so cold. All believers want to worship outside. There are empty land around our church. In outside worship, many people come and see. It is also good for sharing our faith and testimony to them. Even we don't put any symbol or signal in road but many people call church house and give the direction pointed the church to other people. In summer, there is no need any fan, air cooler. We have enough God's created natural fan, "cool cool air." The number of believers are very few because of long distance. So, we are in again beginning stage and is to start from zero level. God is bringing new houses and new neighbors around us. All our family also will move there after 1 months. Because 1 month is remained for sumeka's final exam.

편지가 늦어서 죄송해요. 저는 처음으로 저의 가족과 잊을 수 없는 시간을 병원에서 보냈어요. 네팔에서는 남편 또는 남자가 자기 부인의 출산에 함께 하는 것이 허락되지 않아요. 저는 다행이 한 간호사가 허락하여서 그 고통의 순간을 보고 견딜 수 없었습니다. 아기 낳는 것은 두 번째 죽는 것 같았습니다. 그녀는 새로운 생명을 얻게 되었습니다. 메뉴카는 이미 모든 고통을 잊어버렸습니다. 하나님께서 메뉴카를 도와주시고 고통의 순간을 기쁨의 시간으로 바꾸어주심에 감사드립니다.
의사는 예정일을 2월 7일로 알려줬고 메뉴카도 평소와 같이 좋은 컨디션이였습니다. 1월 24일 이른 아침 4시경에 저는 새 건물에 물을 주려고 가야했습니다. 그런데 사실상 저는 바닥과 벽에 이틀전부터 물을 줄 수 없었습니다. 낮에는 전기가 없고 한밤중부터 아침 6시까지 전기가 있습니다. 메뉴카도 저와 함께 가겠다고 따라나섰습니다. 우리가 그곳에 도착했을 때 물펌프가 작동하지 않았습니다. 그래서 우리는 이웃에 물 구하러 갔습니다. 저희가 수도파이프를 연결하려고 시도할 때 메뉴카는 계단에서 두 세발 정도 굴렀습니다. 그의 입에서 아무말도 나오지 않고 영하의 날씨에도 불구하고 오히려 그녀는 땀이 나고 있습니다. 저는 그 상황을 하나님께 맡겨드리는 외에 다른 방법이 없었습니다. 저는 기도하였습니다. 조금 지나자 그녀가 말 하기 시작했습니다. 저는 앰블런스를 불러 병원으로 갔습니다. 의사는 x-레이를 찍어보고 저에게 이르기를 메뉴카가 넘어질 때 아기 머리가 자궁경까지 나와서 5바늘정도 이미 열려있다고 하였습니다. 의사는 수술을 언급하였지만 어떤 이상한 상황이 생길까봐 기다리고 있었습니다. 그들은 거기에 빈 자리가 없으니 메뉴카를 데리고 다른 개인 병원으로 옮기라고 조언하였는데 그 병원은 아주 비싼 병원입니다. 저는 두 번째로 기도했습니다. 하나님! 우리가 돈이 좀 남았지만 그것은 당신의 집을 짓기 위한 것입니다. 그것은 당신의 돈입니다. 저는 그 돈을 오직 당산의 영광을 위하여 사용하겠습니다. 그러니 어떻게 메뉴카를 그곳으로 옮길 수 있습니까. 30분후 메뉴카는 저를 또 불러서 “더 이상 참을 수 없어요. 이곳에는 자리가 없잖아요”하면서 그 개인 산부인과로 가자고 했습니다. 그리하여 저는 준비하려고 하는데 간호사가 저를 불러서 메뉴카를 산실로 옮기자고 하면서 저에게 그녀의 소지품들을 도와달라고 하였습니다. 하나님께 감사드립니다! 그리고 그들은 저에게 메뉴카와 함께 있도록 허락도 하였습니다. 6시쯤 메뉴카는 두주 앞당겨 건강한 딸을 출산하였습니다. 그때 제가 크게 잘못한 것이 메뉴카를 저와 함께 그렇게 이른 시간에 빛도 없고 안전하지 않은 곳으로 데리고 가지 말았어야 했는데 데리고 간 것입니다. 어쨌든 하나님께서 메뉴카를 그의 손으로 건져 올렸습니다.
엄마와 큰 누나는 인도 여행중이였습니다. 큰누나가 가까운 친척의 결혼식에 참석해달라고 초대받아서 엄마와 큰누나는 길고 지루한 여행을 하였던 것입니다. 저는 아기를 받는 것을 경험 해본 적이 없기에 제가 하는 모든 일은 서툴기 짝이 없었습니다. 저는 기억이나 감각이 거의 없는 것 같았습니다. 엄마와 누나도 지난 토요일에 여행에서 돌아와서 이젠 엄마가 메뉴카를 도와주고 아기도 돌보고 있습니다.
우리의 건물은 전기가 없기에 작업을 거의 중단한 상태입니다. 정부에서 전선을 배정하지 않았기에 우리는 200미터 먼곳에서 전선을 끌었습니다. 그런데 그 집에서 우리와 상의도 없이 전기연결을 끊어버리고 전기공급을 거절했습니다. 다른 집도 있지만 전압이 충분하지 않아서 펌프를 작동할 수 없습니다. 우리 펌프가 100피트 깊이에 묻혀있기 때문입니다. 그리하여 모든 건물유지작업은 두 주 전부터 중단된 상태입니다. 우리는 위원회를 만들어 전선연장신청을 하였습니다. 3층은 이미 완성되었습니다. 건물 내부와 외부 전부를 완성하기 위하여 아직 한달 정도 걸릴 것입니다. 가능한 빨리 건축사진을 보내드리겠습니다. 우리 교회가 위치한 지역의 모든 건물이 다 되도록 기도 부탁드립니다. 모든 사람이 하나님의 축복과 상속 받기를 구하고 있습니다.
저희는 이미 교회를 그곳으로 옮겼지만 바닥이 습하여 건물안이 매우 춥기에 모든 성도가 밖에서 예배드리기를 원하여 밖에서 예배드리고 있습니다. 교회 주변은 빈 땅입니다. 밖에서 예배드리기에 많은 사람들이 와 봅니다. 그래서 우리의 믿음과 증언을 그들에게 나누기에는 아주 좋기도 합니다. 설령 우리가 아무런 표지판을 길에 세워 두지 않았을지라도 사람들은 교회건물이라고 일컫고 다른 사람에게 가르쳐주기도 합니다. 여름에는 선풍기나 에어콘이 필요없습니다. 우리는 하나님이 만드신 자연 선풍기 ‘시원한 공기’로 충분합니다. 성도의 수는 거리가 먼 관계로 아주 적습니다. 그리하여 우리는 다시 제로 상태에서 시작하는 단계가 되었습니다. 하나님은 새로운 건물에 새로운 이웃들을 우리 주변에 데려오셨습니다. 우리 모든 가족은 아직 수메카의 마지막 시험 때문에 한 달 후에 그곳으로 옮겨 갈 것입니다.
